Highlights: The original campus master plan was completed in 1977, creating Scott Field as the central green space defined by surrounding buildings. The plan was updated in 2000 to identify future building site needs for dormitory expansion and addition of a performing arts center.

Project: University of the Nations Kona Campus

Highlights: Completing the build out of the U of N Kona property, including a 60-acre main campus that includes a learning center with mini-plaza, family housing and common facilities, dining facilities, administration building, resource center and library, as well as the former Gomes property that includes staff housing, sports and cultural facilities.

Highlights: Converting basement space into two classrooms and a student lounge, which included removal of a bearing wall that held three floors, and installation of a moveable wall. All of these areas required a corporate look in furnishings.

Highlights: Reconfiguring Room #66 for modern audiovisual technologies with secure access, as well as upgrading the interior finishes for multiple departmental uses.  

Project: Teen Mania Ministries
Location: Garden Valley, Texas

Highlights: Since 1994, Teen Mania Ministries has grown at the rate of 50% per year (2000 statistic). In 1996 the Ministry acquired a 450-acre site west of Dallas for a permanent campus, which required pedestrian friendliness and expandability for future growth.
