Highlights: We designed the house with public spaces, as well as private living quarters, in the event that the developer needs to convert the building to private apartments. We met the challenge of working within a tight site to accommodate parking and without disturbing adjacent properties and structures.

Highlights: Creating a Christian dormitory to promote a cooperative living environment for women, rearranging parking requirements for the related men's dormitory and graduate student dormitory; our construction management services saved the Baptist Student Foundation 12% on the construction cost.

Highlights: We maximized the number of apartments on this site, which was a financial gain to the developer. In addition, we met the developer's desire to create an apartment building with an urban feel.

Highlights: Our client purchased property in an established area of Champaign with the wish to add a classic home that would enhance the neighborhood and feel as if it were original to the area.

Highlights: This Prairie style residence, built in an established Urbana neighborhood, was designed to respect the setback of neighboring homes and focus views above the street traffic to the nearby home and grounds of the University of Illinois' President's House.

Highlights: Located in a village on the southern edge of Champaign County, this prestigious retirement community needed to expand its existing facility to keep pace with increasing numbers of residents and their needs. Included were a new library wing, dining room waiting area and expansion of the existing dining room.

Highlights: This proposed home is designed to fit into a new subdivision where quality and detail are emphasized over size. We hope this home will set a precedent for a return to a bungalow style of residence in southwest Champaign.
