Highlights: Completely rearranged and relocated the lanes for efficient activity at Busey's busiest drive-through location. Remodeled the interior lobby and teller area, incorporating a functional service counter. All work took place while the bank remained open.

Highlights: Occupying a very small site in downtown Minier, this branch facility also needed to represent the character established by its parent organization, Morton Community Bank.

Highlights: With the majority of available parking at the rear of the building, we changed access points to accommodate both public entrances, as well as updated office spaces and the overall interior appearance and character.

Project: Champaign County Farm Bureau

Highlights: This new 20,000 square-foot facility was designed to house the Farm Bureau, the University of Illinois Cooperative Extension and offices for Country Companies Insurance with multi-functional spaces needed for all building users.

Highlights: We completed two major expansions at Human Kinetics, both of which were within a small site.

Project: City of Champaign City Building

Highlights: The project developed from the growth of the Finance and IT departments, which shared the second floor. Among project challenges were working with limited space for new offices, coordinating relocation of the City's central computer services and operating in phases to minimize inconvenience to staff members.
